Eng. Ahmed Seera is the Managing Director and partner of Misr Consult in Egypt. He joined MC in 1998 and has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in the fields of Water, Wastewater & Infrastructure Networks in Egypt, KSA and Gulf region.

Eng. Seera successfully achieved a world recognition and international award from Genius record, ENR and CFI for managing and supervising mega projects in Egypt as the world’s best treatment and desalination plants in 2019, 2020, 2021 in addition to the largest water transmission lines.

Eng. Seera graduated from Cairo University in 1998 holding a BA in Civil Engineering. He is also a certified MBA holder since 2013 and acquired his Consultant Engineer certification in the field of Water and Wastewater from the Egyptian Engineering Syndicate in 2019. Eng. Seera is a certified Professional Engineer from Saudi Council of Engineers since 2013 and a member of the Federation of Arab Engineers since 2012.
