The project consists of design and construction supervision of Gawharet Al-Assema Networks with a 350 feddan area (Water, Wastewater, roads, storm drainage, electricity, telecommunication) for different building, internal roads network & swimming pool.

- Design calculations and detailed drawings
- Preparation of tender documents.
- Review, Approval of shop drawings, technical submittals & As-built drawings.
- Construction supervision.
