The Project consists of networks and water purification plant: -
Water network
- total length 76km with diameter (300-1500mm) to serve (24) village and (2) district in Tanta
- - 2 crosses with concrete body diameters (2000 & 2500mm) and internal pipes with diameter (500 & 1000mm) sequentially
- 10 intersection champers, 2 wash champers, air champers and 4 elevated tanks
Water purification plant:
- Intake with 3 pipes (900mm), pump chamber with 6 pumps and distribution chamber.
- 4 clari-flocculator with diameter 38mm
- 16 filtration unit with ground tank under them with volume 6000m3
- 3 ground tanks each one 8000m3
- high left pump (10)
- chlorination building, chemical building, generator and transformer building and laboratory building.
